Another sweet workout – that’s out of the box, and out of the gym!
Okay here’s another fun little workout from my friends over at http://undergroundstrengthcoach.com/
** warm up on your own **
1) Farmer Walk (use heavy Dumbbells, or farmer
walk implements) 1 light set, 1 medium set,
2 hard sets x 200′
2) 1 Arm DB Snatch 4 x 3 reps
# 3: max rounds in 5 minutes
3A) mixed grip pull ups / recline rows x 10 reps
3B) dips x 10 reps
4) sprints: 10 x 10 yards (walk back to start and repeat)
finish with recovery work of your own, either stretches,
foam rolling, etc.
